dlc, Without inside information, who could really say what National's strategic plans are? Is OPTi worth $15 to any company? If OPTi can generate some volume sales and a profit maybe then their technology becomes more valuable. >They apparently have some large design wins for their new sound chip >but they have not announced this since their customers have asked >them not to. Do you have any idea as to the specifics. The sound market seems very competitive. Steve
