For Bush, the ending was terrific. He really personalized it. The "vision thing" 41 had a problem with was not a problem for him. What will be interesting is the contrast with Kerry's midnight speech coming up in 30 minutes. Advance reports say it is a whiny one. Complaining that the Republicans "brought it on!" Kerry's plan to feature his attack on Cheney's deferments tonight is a real bad judgement. He is keeping Vietnam in the news, a subject he can't take questions on. If he did it here, I would get on him for his "your another!" response.
