Yes, indeed, Kerry kicked Bush right off the networks!

It was a stroke of genius from a tactical standpoint. Now we'll see if he can distinguish himself from Bush on some serious issues.

I know that the economy, health care, and jobs outsourcing are major issues. But Kerry speaks so esoterically about them.

Iraq is THE issue and Kerry has not spoken in any terms that make sense to the public. He has to do that. So long as he gets into a "swift boat" debate about Vietnam he will lose. If he wants to speak about why he opposed the war when he returned, that's fine. But if he wants to fight the "swift boat" debate, he runs into too many irrational people who get too much media time.
