I'm not sure about 30 years but I'm damn sure he was a reserve officer in the Navy when he was negotiating in Paris and when he testified against his fellow officers in the 71 hearing. Both of these things are big time nono's under the UCMJ. I wonder what the statute of limitations is for treason and giving aid and comfort?
