Sure. He used to be #1 box office and he was quickly becoming Burt Reynolds before he deep-sixed his movie career. Collateral Damage, 6th Day, End of Days, Jingle All the Way, Junior and Last Action Hero were all flops. His Batman was, if not a flop, disappointing. The guy is not as stupid as he sounds. He took a franchise like Terminator into the theater one more time and then went political. Much smarter than Reagan, though Reagan was never a huge star like Arnie.
