your remarks are fair; however let me add this short/long term perspective....

SO....in the short-term, narrow view, CA needs two new oil refineries NOW. Arnold needs to cut a deal to get them built. That's the only way to get gas prices down in CA. He also needs to get two nuclear plants built. That will solve the longer-term electric crisis.

HOWEVER....in the long-term wider view Arnold will
carry on with "The Master Plan", Arnold......the powerful, new, dynamic political voice is just another pawn of the ruling class....
