I don't think combat service should be a prerequisite for government office either, in fact I'd much prefer doves over hawks any day. But Bush's approach to military service and his disdain for the responsibility of reporting for duty speaks to his immoral character. Combined with his ignorance and stupidity and he's not qualified for any government job of any kind. Fire him!!!
