Bobby, "shareholders rights plan" is a misnomer, it is usually a loss of rights. I have not reviewed the Teklec plan, but these things are usually bad news. Designed to protect existing management from being thrown out by the shareholders. The recent RMDY plan even denies the shareholders the right to call a special meeting or to nominate officers and directors from the floor or introduce any new business at the annual meeting. I consider these plans an invitation to short.
