I stand by my statements. The Vietnam War was a hopeless and pointless bloody quagmire by 1971. Kerry did the right thing. He also never attacked his fellow vets. He attacked only the policy-makers responsible for the bloody out of control war which turned some vets (including Kerry's own unit he confessed) into barbarians.
