ah, come on! the people are manipulated into voting for either a democrat or a republican....they are told, among other things, that a vote for for anybody else is just wasted....that's just ONE example....so the POWER of the vote you speak of is a sham....in reality it doesn't matter which party is voted into office, since the "Master Plan"
of the ruling class remains the same....
