there are optimistic presidents, like Reagan and Clinton, and then there are pessimistic ones like Carter and Bush. Thats the problem. People and companies just don't feel good about the future in here, when in fact, it could be that the future is no worse off *even in terms of TERRORISM* than it was in the mid 90s when the OKC bombers hit. Its all how you look at your surroundings, and how the leaders of the nation couch things.
