Thanks for your prompt response, Roger. The plan is announced in the form of a press release after the market closed and is in Yahoo. It looks like a defensive tactic against predators and is excerciseable only if a person or group acquires 15% of the stock. A cursory reading makes it look like it is a real good deal for current stock holders. I am therefore wondering if this announcement may hoodwink unsophisticated investors and create a gap in the stock's price at the opening tomorrow morning. Do you think it is worth shorting it if indeed it gaps?
