True. Why was that? It very might have been the case that no one was interested in attacking us. Or maybe they were, but never got around to it. But it more than likely was they got stopped before they had the chance to pack a Ryder full of explosives and park it in a garage.

Putting everything behind concrete barricades is only necessary if all other methods fail.

It is a question of effectiveness.
