i thought that was a joke.. about navy looking into his medals.

I wonder how the navy considers his first tour of duty on the ship station off calf.5 months and australia 5months and five weeks far off coast of vietnam as a tour of duty in vietnam.. i expect they should change everyone's records on the ship or maybe the navy is responsible for embellishing records?
