Ted I might be wrong but I'm actually making arguments. Actually it would be hard to say I'm wrong because all I'm saying is that its uncertain, so I should rephrase that to "Kerry might be right and the swift boat veterans may be wrong or lying".

Your response "He has the medals; he's a war hero. Deal with it!" is just a rant and not even much of a rant. All the medals show was that there was a claims submitted that he did some heroic things. Its quite possible that all of those claims were true, and I am not arguing that they are false, but the mere existence of the medals hardly proves the claims to be true.

I've not set out to do any damage, I'm merely examining the facts and opinions about the issue. The problem is that the undisputed facts are rather thin. I'm pretty much willing to drop the argument now, at least until and unless there is new evidence but I will respond to getting blasted for saying that the truth is uncertain. A claim that "we don't really know" is hardly highly partisan or reckless.
