John, Pittsburgh & Philly will go for Kerry...Dems have a lock on them. The civilized & beautiful regions between those two urban areas are usually conservative. Gore won the state by a slight margin in 2000. That's the reason PA has been GW's home away from home for past 4yrs.<g> Of course, Camp David is located close to Gettysburg. PA is referred to as a John Wayne state...very patriotic...many veterans. The SwiftVet ads have been running continually for wks. I believe they're making a strong impact. It would be WONDERFUL to finally see PA in the Repub column on Nov 2. The huge numbers of liberals in our bookend cities helped elect Bill Clinton. They also elected Dem Gov Rendell(following Republican Tom Ridge). It's definitely time for the sensible areas of the state to have their say.
