Ann -- Richnorth didn't claim that the Canadian system of education us superior. Bob --- Canada has never claimed to be a superpower. But it is an undeniable fact that Canada has a far better image worldwide. This is not surprising: as the Bush administration was born of deceit (the 2002 election was a travesty) it is full of deceit and hence untrustworthy. Canada is very considerate. Knowing the weakness of its neighbour, it does not want to do anything that might be misconstrued as stealing the thunder from the US.
