YOu don't have to admire me for anything. I just want to know what papers Kerry has to sign to release what record. His record are all public. What I understand about Bush requiring to sign some parers is because it involved some of his personal info such as his patroll records, his dental records etc. As far as Kerry, his injuries are a matter of public record since he was treated with public money for a public cause which is public combat.

After all the Swiftboat vets did not need Kerry to sign any papers for them to come on TV and talk about Kerry wounds (Kerry medical condition). So if they did not legally require Kerry to sign papers then what is the issue? Why the rhetoric?
