Kerry needs to do a lot more of that, fast I'm peppering his comms guy with emails about it. He listens to me but it's JK's decision Twice I button-holed JK and told him what he needed to do (last year). Both times he listened. He is not arrogant at all. He listens. Then he comes out tougher. there are 100 people ahead of me probably advising him of similar ideas.
