GIFT @ 3 Ouch. I have heard from some who are nervous by the fact we are down from almost 11 to 3. Remember how fast and on such minor news we got up to 11. Some perspective: Now we are between news. We are 2 weeks past the BW article. There has not been any announcements. We are approaching the 8/31 Amnesty deadline. The market has been terrible until the last few days.

With ALL those negatives we have endured recently, Mr F would have had bad timing, to say the least, to announce anything positive. With all those negatives, hopefully, behind us, the stock can now benefit greatly from some good news. Remember, there is no legitimate dispute that the patent is not valid. It is. I still have not seem any "prior art" that would limit the scope of the claims. I feel a little more GIFTed having gulped more shares at 2.75 : ) Mel
