Oh, but that's a cop-out, jtt. I should have phrased the question better. Let it be given that the Sudan is loaded with oil so then it's in our cynical best interests to do something about the terrible things going on down there. What would you do then? Assuming that USA's best interests are your own, I mean. It's a tough one, isn't it?

There's no conundrum. You ask the question ... what's in it for the US?
