No one did anything to Cleland. Cleland debased himself. When Kerry sent this clown in his wheelchair to roll around in the dust outside of Bush's home in Texas, I thought I was going to puke. These folks really don't have any dignity. Cleland doesn't evoke sympathy, but a kind of pathos that is so wretched it makes one wish someone would just throw a blanket over him and put him out of his misery.
