The basic stage of preparation of thermal networks of Open Society " Mosenergo " to passage of a îñåííå-winter maximum of loadings is finished. On August, 26 hot water supply will be renewed in apartments of all Muscovites.
Îïðåññîâêà thermal lines (check of pipes on durability and density) this year began on May, 10. Term of carrying out of repair work on sites of pipelines in each separate area of Moscow traditionally makes 21 day. During this time the worn out sites in thermal networks come to light and eliminated.
For the period of years(summer) repair campaign of 2004 in heating systems 4700 shabby sites have been revealed and eliminated. For their revealing in thermal networks hydraulic tests at which on separate sites of the main pipeline the pressure exceeding settlement in 2 times (till 24-30 àòì is created for a while are annually carried out(annually spent).). Thus, defective sites that allows to provide a high level of reliability of a heat supply during the heating period in due time come to light. It is necessary to note, that due to work spent by Open Society " Mosenergo ", for last years the quantity(amount) of failures in thermal networks has considerably decreased during passage of a îñåííå-winter maximum of loadings.
Now temperature tests of thermal networks during which the temperature in heat conductors at 2 o'clock raises up to 135 °Ñ are carried out(spent). These checks allow to prepare thermal networks for a îñåííå-winter cold season. Open Society " Mosenergo " continues to carry out(spend) complex tests of íàñîñíî-pumping over stations which will be prolonged till September, 10. It is necessary to note, that these actions pass without switching-off at consumers of hot water.
In 2004 within the framework of programs of repair and reconstruction replacement of pipelines of 85 km has been stipulated. Improvement of quality of a heat supply was promoted appreciably by introduction of new technologies. In particular, since 2003 of Open Society " Mosenergo " has adjusted manufacture of pipes in ïåíîïîëèóðåòàíîâîé isolation which differ a high level of reliability and durability of operation (40-45 years). The annual plan had been stipulated a lining of similar pipes of 10 km. Besides during the repair period of Open Society " Mosenergo ", as well as the last years, continued replacement ñàëüíèêîâûõ equalisers on ñèëüôîííûå, that will allow to reduce outflow of network water and to lower thermal losses. On repair and reconstruction of thermal networks in 2004 the company it has been allocated 3650 million roubles.
The centralized heat supply from thermal power station in Moscow exists already more than 70 years. Due to this system the capital is relieved of necessity of use of the numerous uneconomical boiler-houses polluting an atmosphere of city. But in due course miscalculations accepted many years of back concept of the central heating directed on reduction in price of thermal networks due to deterioration of their quality affect. Now deterioration of the equipment in thermal networks reaches(achieves) 35 %. Therefore priority for today there is qualitative diagnostics of the established equipment of thermal networks. |
