Posted on company website 01.09.2004 translated - unedited On August, 24, 2004 the next session of Board of directors of Open Society " Kostroma state district power station " has taken place. The operational business - plan of the Society for 2004 is authorized. The document is the tool of achievement of annual parameter ROTA set to the enterprise which is estimated as the attitude(relation) there arrived Societies up to the taxation to cost of his(its) cumulative actives. In operational business the plan activity of the enterprise for the second half-year is simulated in view of the actual results achieved by the enterprise for first six months that on results of year to leave on set level ROTA. The decision of Board of directors approves the conclusion of the bilaterial contract of sale and purchase of the electric power, being by the transaction in which fulfilment there is an interest.
