Robert,

Very good analysis of what has happened over the years. Last year, we were expecting over 20 cents in Q4. A significant increase in costs attributed to new sales personel did not pan out the way it was hoped.

IQ has failed only in one qtr that I am familiar with (Q4 FY 97). Chitty is a bottom line person. The increase in service this qtr is precisely as you state. IQ has disappointed often though in revenue growth. Chitty has stated that Q3 and Q4 FY 98 would be IQ's time to shine. Remember that about 17000 copies of software were distributed via the web. That could be worth $75 million easy. This qtr licenses
pails by comparison to that number.

Here's to revenues in the 7 to 7.5 range Q3 and 8-9 Q4. That is about what we need to stay on a roll.

Robert, I joined you on APLX Thursday. Also bot REDB.
