More BS. Kerry has nothing to do with Heinz. Heinz is a Republican-led company whose founder's heir happened to marry Theresa who happened to inherit a big chunk of stock. The real reason you attack Heinz is that Bushies have encouraged out-sourcing of US jobs overseas and have even admitted it. That is a big vulnerability for Bush. Most people would not vote for Bush if they knew the truth about this whole issue. Theresa is the type of very rich person who Bush's tax code benefits. Those who don't need to work but are rewarded for already being rich. But some rich people have ethics and care about the well-being of our country so they dont mind paying their taxes, including Warren Buffett, Bill Gates and Lee Iacocca as well.
