Don't you agree that emissions should be controlled in the interest of people who are forced to breath the polluted air close to industrial areas? Smog demonstrates how unhealthy it is for humans to breath in that air. When you walk down a city street & are almost knocked out by the strong vehicle fumes, you come to understand the need for air quality standards in the interest of public health.
