RB, I listened and asked questions. INFO: Present Capacity utiization 98%. New capacity coming on line in few months. CAPX going up to 35-40 mil. Customers HP20.2%,CPQ20.7%. allen Bradley 8.7, SLR_Cisco 8.2% DEC 6.5% equals 70 mill of total or 58% Have about 10 major customers and targeting 3 or 4 more. Lead time 6 weeks too long because of capacity constraints now, Look to grow top line 20-25%. Estimate sales 150 mill next year. Gross margin nest year estimate 20-21% as costs from expansion start up and Austin. Quick turn sales 12 mill ? margins in quick turn higher New products as to backplane assembly still in talking stage . Further along with customer on new flex work. New tech doing and looking into buryied capacitance and DYCOSTRATE microvias. Debt average next year 23 mill with interest 1.5-2 mill. Average layer count 8 with flat pricing.Sales per employee moving up to above 110,000. New man from HDCO working out well and working on 200 mill sales plan. Basically company is progressing and next year you can figure on 150 mill sales at gross margin of 20-21 percent if things continue O>K. Furture growth depends on strategic moves by company to get more capacity and enlarge customer base and new products.
Inventory turns 12 need/want to increase to 16.Tax rate should go back to more normal 38%.
