Usual revisionist crap. Presidents can propose legislation, but they can't create law. Clinton didn't even propose these initiatives. Newt Gingrich was the driving force behind Welfare Reform and The Fiscal Responsibility Act and other positive economic initiatives. Clinton signed the legislation, for which he gets credit. If you feel it is revisionism, how about being specific about what you feel Clinton did other than sign the legislation. Then I'll be glad to prove you wrong.
