Clinton reduced deficits through a combination of tax increases and expense management. Gingrich "managed expenses", not Clinton. The same Gingrich who fooled around and left his wife while she had cancer? He didn't have time to manage expenses.......he was too busy playing and getting a divorce. Why do you think he went back to being a professor? Not as demanding a job! ;~)
