On an official site of Open Society " Mosenergo " new service for consumers is created translated - unedited 06.09.2004. Moscow On an official site of the power company on the basis of the data of user's base of the Center of service of sales of energy of Open Society " Mosenergo " the section " Service for automatic definition of the address of branch " ÖÎÏýíåðãî " and phone of the operator " is created. The created section represents the new service, called to simplify procedure of payment of the electric power by consumers. The given service allows by means of a network "Internet" to the address of the subscriber to define(determine) a site and business hours of serving branch, phones of an infromation desk and the operator, and also the settlement account for filling the receipt on payment of the electric power. Service is intended for household subscribers of Moscow and the Moscow area. Open Society " Mosenergo " aspires to make procedure of calculations for electric energy maximum convenient and easy for the consumers. For subscribers of the power company on an official site in section " Registration of payment " is possible to fill in the form of the receipt on payment of services of Open Society " Mosenergo ". In section " Automatic calculation of payment " is given an opportunity to calculate the sum (in view of the current tariffs and the privileges established in Moscow and the Moscow area), necessary for payment of the consumed electric power. In section " Questions and answers " experts of the power company answer the questions concerning manufacture, transportation and selling ýëåêòðî-and òåïëîýíåðãèè, help in the decision of the concrete problems arising at the organization of power supply of objects, payment of accounts, etc. Open Society " Mosenergo " it is sure, that creation of the new unit on an official site of the company will allow to improve quality of service of subscribers and to simplify system of payment of the consumed electric power.
