What Rove is doing is to open the investigation to legitimize the Swifties complaints, and making sure it doesn't come to a conclusion until after the election.

After the election they will say Kerry earned the medals, but it will be too late.

Only hope is the American people are smart enough to see this for what it is. It's a thoroughly evil, manipulative, despicable act on Bush's part, but it may work.

If it does, I think our country may be doomed.
