It is a subscription data base investment advisory that costs $600 per year, and you download the updated data each evening. Dr. Bart Diliddo developed and sells this. 1-216-668-2814. I have a whole list of good small caps unearthed by this program which are all up about 25 to 50 percent in the last couple of months. It is unbelieveable how effective this program is in finding the quality that eventually is discovered by the market. This is not a day trading program however. It helps you find and buy quality stocks that are or will go up because of their value and market momentum. I am slowly getting rid of my "junk" and converting to stocks I have discovered with this program. By the way, I "found" these good small caps BEFORE they went up much, and put them on the watch list, and now I sit watching them increase each day, and wishing I had the money to have invested in them. I found NERX at $3.50, TRDX at $3.50 CTX at about $6, MIND at about $9 and many more. Now look at them! Good luck!
