I have a simplistic view on what makes the radical Islamists tick. The Koran instructs believers to kill the infidels. They believe what the Koran says.

What makes the non radical Islamists tick? Fear of the radical retaliation
for not following the word of the Koran.

Solution.....a Reformation and the passage of a few centuries.
