It would work for syndicated programs like Rush Limbaugh or Howard Stern. Also, some of the big metro stations could become "spuerstations" like WTBS and WWOR on cable. I'm surprised CDRD hasn't started announcing any agreements yet with content providers for their national service.

Yes, patience is the key. Without fundamental change (like an announcement that all convertible debt has been rescheduled) I don't see a reason to abandon this position until mid-November. The foreign holders will want their return one way or another. I suspect they are less patient than we are.
