Actually, Russia has been attacking Chechnya since 1994. It's a textbook example of the failure of Bushism. Yes, that's very true. However, Putin didn't start playing around with Chechnya until 1999. They like to mess with other countries. However, the whole thing is starting to backfire in his face.......couldn't happen to a nicer guy! ted
