Did loppy ever release the supporting documents for his Silver Star? It has really gotten out of hand letting the rumors fly around that he executed a vc who had lowered his weapon and fled and was cowering and hiding when he was killed by loppy. The only think I heard was that loppy did make a public statement that he did not shoot him in the back. Now loppy being like willy, maybe the question should be, "did you shoot him in the back of the head?" loppy could release the supporting documents and all the questions concerning his Silver Star could probably be answered that he is in the clear. I don't know how loppy will explain the doctored up citations though for his Silver Star.....
