I looked at Cistron awhile back, and the money aspect looked great. But from what I read it was harder to believe in their management. I couldn't get much confidence that they really gave a hoot about shareholders or realizing any value for them. They seemed pretty content to just milk the company--a penny stock tradition that is all too often observed. Maybe I'm wrong, but that was the impression I got. Lots of potential, but not much of it realized.
