how did loppy get a "V" on his Silver Star? I have not heard of anyone else getting one. i have also not heard of any of the 2,500,000 veterans returning after 8 months in-country and getting credit for a 12 month tour. so far loppy is the only one and of course we all know he didn't even serve 8 months, nor even 7 months, or 6 months or 5 months.... it was 4 months.... WHAT A BIG WEASEL..... WHO abandoned his men and returned to the states to finish out his distinguished career in a safe plum assignment....
