>>WEST CHESTER, Pa., Sept. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cephalon, Inc., (Nasdaq: CEPH - News) today announced that it has received a subpoena from the United States Attorney's Office in Philadelphia requesting documents from 1998 to the present regarding the sales and promotional practices relating to the company's products. The company intends to cooperate with this request.<<

Company off several percent on this. I gather we decided CEPH could probably defend its patent estate for Provigil from generics, but if anyone has an update, I'll cheerfully accept.

Cheers, Tuck
