Dear Matt: Well, they are somehow getting their product out to market, have you seen the huge contracts that have been announced in the past? I suspect the "Vendors" are financing through Accounts Payable. There is little doubt in my mind that if they had 43mm Cash like PTUS they could do a better job of Marketing and growth would be even faster. On the bright side, since cash is scarce, I suspect they are tight on spending so no excess expenses. Low stockholders equity means nothing to me. Remember, under Accounting Rules all costs associated with developing the Tool must be written off. So like ANY company coming out of the Development Stage they have a HUGE unbooked asset. You are not buying the stockholders equity, you are buying the future Revenue stream from this unbooked asset. I suspect they could get financing based upon the contracts signed. It is not unusual to finance a contract from a strong Vendor. I also think they dont meet the NASDAQ requirements although some dont agree with me feeling that they wouldnt have filed if they didnt meet. We will just have to wait and see on that. I think its one of the things holding this stock back. Because of their initial "jump start" in big contracts they will, with time work themselves out of this hole IMO, but it wouldnt surprise me if it takes to 12/31 to do it. Just my opinion. The real expert in this company is Jeff Mitchell. If you want more details you need to direct your messages to him. JDN
