Bush doesn't have time or money for the 80,000,000 mexicans because he spent has spent most of our foreign aid on 4 million Israel Jews---$17 billion in 2003 alone.

Bush says "to hell with Mexico, I need the support of the Jewish power structure to get re-elected so I am willing to spend a few hundred billion on 4 million Israeli Jews to get the support of this Jewish power structure".
