Hee hee I see what you mean. I should have, but did not feel the need to, read past 'INQUIRER' since to be honest , well, it's the Inquirer after all and often is just unsubstantiated techie gossip. But, if pushed, yes I *could* describe an improved response from 40 to 5 milliseconds as a an 8-fold improvement...isn't that at least a 700% 'improvement' <1/2g>?
