Angelique IBM settling doesn't indicate a thing if they were offered a deal at a low price. If they're offered an all-inclusive deal at $10,000, they'll pay rather than fight. Their lawyers would run up $10k in a matter of hours. IBM settling should offer you no comfort at all. As you say, it's a gamble. Nothing else. You haven't lost yet, although winning may be rather hollow. Richard
