I thought they lowered the price on both sweet and sour crude.

There's no market of any more sour crude because there is no where to process it. Refineries that can process sour crude have all the sour crude they can handle and we all know about the lower yields and environmental issues. My understanding is the only excess capacity the Saudi's have is sour crude.

I do think the lowering of the price below the current market price is more political than a desire to move sour crude??

What ever happened to the good old days of OSX 140??
