This stock trades strangely even thought volume is small, you're right you can't buy it in between and usually there is a lousy 1/4 point spread or more in some cases. It appears the company is looking for the shares at the cheapest price to buyback, I don't know why they just don't step up and buy at the ask. I thought the Phillips deal was final and you would see these numbers in the next qtr statement.
