Well if they can come up with a clear example of some form of dementia, the imagining one is in a place like Cambodia on a day very special to Catholics and has a moment on the road to Damacus where one hears the voice of a future President of the United States talking and lying about where one is in the present, one may have a point.

But in the real world the mental rejeks with mental defects will huff and puff and look like generic assholes.
