Brumar, the fact is, his potential as a personality, if not as an actor, was first noticed in "Pumping Iron," a documentary about bodybuilders. He was in a Hercules movie where they dubbed his voice. But he would have been in neither of those films if he was not one of the top bodybuilders in the world and he would have never become a great bodybuilder without steroids. True, he became a bigger movie star than bodybuilder Steve Reeves (one of the last "natural" bodybuilding champs. Though there is nothing natural about the torture these guys put themselves through.), but not bigger than bodybuilder Sean Connery. And he was the second bodybuilder to become governor, as Jesse The Body did it first. Of course, the similarities between Arnold, a draft dodger who was arrested, convicted and did time for the crime of draft dodging, and Navy Seal Jesse, ends there.

I will commend Arnold for making the most of his cheating in bodybuilding and his military cowardice.
