Do you mean the polls that selectively call Republican phones? Or do you mean the scientific polls that have been going on daily for a long time now? Bush has never had a significant lead. There's nothing that lift his ratings and the more he talks the more likely he is to harm himself by revealing his true capabilities. Bush is scared to debate Kerry.
