I was down in Texas during the Savings and Loan scandals. ben barnes was at the heart of it. he made off with millions compliments of the tax payers. convicted and filed bankruptcy. unlike Gov Connolly who auctioned off all assets including personal treasures except for his ranch to pay back what he could, ben barnes tried to hide his assets from the courts.

a real con man and now democraps are want to use this thief as a spokesman against President Bush..... LOL
